I started this site because I like rules. And procedure. And Iowa. And procedural rules in Iowa. (Of the civil nature, in any event.)
My practice is affected by procedural rules on daily basis. It makes sense to make some of that information available in a general forum.
So, this site will discuss the Iowa Rules of Civil Procedure, cases applying them, revisions to them, how they interact with one another, and how they affect civil litigation. You will also see discussion of appellate rules and federal civil procedure rules.
